Refund policy

Returns and refunds are not accepted unless in the event of a fault with the product that renders it unusable.

 I will not be held responsible for the outfit not fitting your doll. All Diddydollydelights clothing is made to fit a standard Takara body. Each listing details which bodies the items should fit and it is the buyers responsibility to check they have ordered something to fit their doll.

If an item is ordered for a particular body and the customer decides it will not fit before shipping I will refund in full. Once items are shipped they cannot be returned and refunded for this reason. 

in the event of a fault/ damage with your item I will firstly do my best to replace the item in question and if this is not possible a refund may be given at my discretion on a case by case basis.
