Shipping policy

Shipping rates are set at the price on the Royal Mail website and are therefore subject to Change.

If a customer chooses economy shipping no tracking number is provided and any delays or loses cannot be attributed to Diddydollydelights. Economy shipping is entirely at the customers own risk. Proof of postage is always acquired, once an item is posted it is no longer our responsibility.

Higher shipping rates come with a tracking number, in the event of a missing parcel a claim can be made through Royal Mail up to the value stated on the label, if you purchase postage with insufficient coverage for its contents I can not be held accountable for the difference.

All items are packaged in a distinctive pink large letter box and are posted at our earliest convenience no longer than 7 days from purchase.
